SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED FROM THE SHERATON TO AND FROM THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA EXPO CENTER THURSDAY – SUNDAY AT SCHEDULED TIMES . COMPLIMENTARY PARKING ON SITE.
  • April 25th: From Hotel to Expo Center: 12:30pm & 12:45pm. Drop off From Expo Center to Hotel: 6:45pm & 7:00pm
  • April 26th: From Hotel to Expo Center: 7:45am & 8:00am. Drop off From Expo Center to Hotel: 6:45pm & 7:00pm
  • April 27th: From Hotel to Expo Center: 7:45am & 8:00am. Drop off From Expo Center to Hotel: 6:45pm & 7:00pm
  • April 28th: From Hotel to Expo Center: 8:15am & 8:30am. Drop off From Expo Center to Hotel: 6:30pm & 6:45pm

To utilize the shuttle during the scheduled time, come to the front desk at the Sheraton and they will direct you to where the shuttle is. To utilize the shuttle outside of the scheduled times, please call the hotel directly at 484-238-1800 then select 0 to be directed to the Front Desk. Our shuttle holds 12-14 guests and will go within a 5-mile radius of the hotel. On Sunday, April 28th, the hotel WILL NOT have the shuttle available between the hours of 12pm-3pm.

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center Thursday – Sunday at scheduled times . Complimentary parking on site.

  • April 26th: From Hotel to Expo Center: 7:45am & 8:00am. Drop off From Expo Center to Hotel: 6:45pm & 7:00pm

  • April 25 first shuttle van runs at 12:30pm and the last drop off at hotels at 7pm.
  • April 26 and 27th, first pick up at the hotels is 7:45am and last drop off at the hotels at 7pm.
